Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Administration and IT support program.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely and accurate reports related to educational programs and services in accordance with prescribed timeframes.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement in programs and services by promoting the pursuit of excellence in all College practices related to academic learning and teaching.
- Assess needs, set goals, and formulate plans of action for staff and IT personal improvement.
- Conduct the recruitment and training of staff (administrative and IT) on College operations, teaching systems etc.
- Refer staff (administrative and IT) to appropriate support resources when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a similar role at a career college.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, humanities, or a related field required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, innovative, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations.
- Experience in collecting and handling sensitive information in the strictest confidence.
