Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive Administration and IT support program.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely and accurate reports related to educational programs and services in accordance with prescribed timeframes.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement in programs and services by promoting the pursuit of excellence in all College practices related to academic learning and teaching.
  • Assess needs, set goals, and formulate plans of action for staff and IT personal improvement.
  • Conduct the recruitment and training of staff (administrative and IT) on College operations, teaching systems etc.
  • Refer staff (administrative and IT) to appropriate support resources when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a similar role at a career college.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, humanities, or a related field required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, innovative, able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations.
  • Experience in collecting and handling sensitive information in the strictest confidence.

Experience:

  • Career college industry: 5 years (Required)
  • Advising: 5 years (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
