Position Summary
As an Expert IT Business Systems Analyst – Customer Service (CS), you will serve as a dedicated resource to deeply understand the Nestle Canada, Inc. (NCI) business organization and processes, execute strategic projects, deliver product enhancements, and liaise between IT and functional stakeholders. You will have exposure to working with our above market Regional Product Owners and Solution Architects to understand new capabilities on the product roadmaps and assess their “fit” for NCI. You will bring deep expertise to understand the opportunities and issues facing the CS function and advise on the best solutions, processes, and ways of working. You will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IT product requirements. Finally, you will assist the team leader with some resource planning tasks.
A day in the life of an Expert IT Business Systems Analyst – Customer Service (CS):
- Join the Nestle IT North America Supply Chain Delivery Team supporting Nestle Canada and Nestle Professional U.S., with a primary focus on delivering new IT CS capabilities
- Play a primary role in IT strategic projects impacting the Customer Service function, and other cross-functional system integration project (i.e. merger & acquisition, etc.)
- Subsequently support the business in the development of strategy through incremental improvement of CS system capabilities
- Identify gaps in existing CS applications and business processes, and capture options for improvement and automation
- Consult with product teams on new technologies and applications to determine relevance to NCI
- Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities
- Support the Business Relationship Managers and Product Managers to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
- Support the team leader with prioritization and demand / capacity balancing for the delivery team (including 3 resources in Mexico)
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of combined Supply Chain and IT experience with 2+ years focused on Customer Service-centric solutions like SAP SD, order management / fulfillment applications, pricing / billing, eCommerce, trade asset management, et al
- Minimum of two full life-cycle implementations of IT Customer Service solutions
- SAP certification preferred
- 1+ year of experience working in an Agile environment using design thinking methodology
