Whether you are coming from retail, hospitality, telecom, or a smaller sales organization, you are passionate about customer satisfaction. You want to channel your abilities and energy to gain experience in full-cycle technology sales.
The impact you will have:
As an Account Executive, you will apply and develop your relationship-building and problem-solving skills from day one as part of our Sales Academy training. You will work with some of North America’s most disruptive technology companies and expand a strategic customer portfolio. This is an opportunity to own the end-to-end sales process for your territory to make a difference in our clients’ day-to-day business, securing short-term projects and engagements.
Please note this role is hybrid with the expectation of being in the downtown Vancouver office 1-2 times per week.

Whether you want to grow into outside sales, move up to management as a Territory Sales Leader, transition to a Vendor Sales Specialist or explore another area of the business, such as Sales Enablement or Training, we will work with you to ensure your happiness.
What you will do:
- Be creative. You will apply strategic thinking to develop unique approaches to meet your sales goals. You will help businesses make informed decisions about technology integrations, guiding them to the cloud and contributing to their overall success.
- Exceed expectations. You will focus on understanding the needs and business challenges of prospects and create interest and engagement to close sales successfully. You will support customers’ business goals by proposing and delivering value-added solutions and services.
- Own and grow your territory. You will follow warm and cold leads, seeking diverse opportunities to create connections and engage prospects. You will break ground on new relationships and skillfully overcome challenges with customers and team members.
What you bring to the table:
- The experience. You have proven success in a sales environment that may include retail, hospitality, or telecom. A natural problem-solver, you shine when it comes to building relationships and understanding what a customer needs. Your goal is to exceed expectations at every opportunity. ,
- Interpersonal skills. You have outstanding oral and written communication skills. You can gain trust quickly and influence decision-makers. You thrive in a team environment, working with internal and external teams to drive business and satisfy our customers.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is as follows:
Base: $50,000
Target Incentive: $14,000
Plan Achievement Bonus: $6,000
