Job description: Are you passionate about the beauty industry and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Appoint Staffing is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for one of our esteemed clients specializing in beauty products supply in Markham.

Location: Markham, ON

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Administrative Support:

• Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Provide support to different departments as needed.
• Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries and provide information about beauty products.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by offering excellent service.
• Appointment Scheduling:

• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times.
• Communication:

• Relay messages and information between clients and internal teams.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A passion for the beauty industry is a plus.
