What does a Quartermaster do?

• Oversees the fitting and distribution of uniform pieces to Garda Staff Members company wide.
• Maintains records of all team members and their uniform allotment.
• Consistent monitoring of inventory stock levels and proactively anticipates business needs to ensure all uniform, PPE and other related items are met in a timely manner.
• Act as the primary purchaser of all company Uniform and PPE items. Also acting as the primary purchaser for other non-Uniform/PPE items.
• Demonstrates continuous effort to improve the overall uniform department, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes.
• Identifies and implements cost savings initiatives and strategies within the uniform department.
• Administer Boot voucher program on behalf of HR Department.
• Administration duties as required.

Qualifications to become a Quartermaster in Calgary

• 1-2 years experience in an administrative role
• Be eligible to work in Canada.
• Able to work Mon-Fri for up to 5 hours or more per day if required.
• Able to commute to the office in Calgary SW.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service Oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a uniform system is a strong asset.
