Role:
Our Client is currently seeking one experienced #600180 IT Service Desk/Deskside Analyst (Contract) in Quebec City, QC for a 3 months contract starting in Feb 2022. The work can be completed remotely but the resource must reside in Canada for the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years’ IT experience as a Service Desk Analyst or equivalent in a corporate IT environment. Strong troubleshooting/ support of: Windows 7/10, Office 365, computer hardware/ software, printers, basic AD management and basic network issues. Previous experience providing excellent End User support via phone, remote, and in person is required. Bilingual would be an asset (French and English). All Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Recommended Skills:
- 4+ years’ experience working as a Service Desk/Deskside support Analyst in corporate IT environment deploying and supporting computer hardware and software.
- Providing excellent support to End Users (phone, remote, in person)
- Strong experience supporting/troubleshooting Win 10, MS Office (2016 and O365)
- Experience with Active Directory to administer user accounts, network shares and print servers.
- Experience supporting/troubleshooting applications.
- Experience using a ticketing system (ServiceNow or similar) to triage, resolve, route or escalate incidents and requests.
- Strong experience with remote tools (i.e., Teams, LogMeIn, RDP etc.).
- Experience supporting/troubleshooting basic Network environments: TCP/IP and LAN/WAN
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Bilingual would be an asset (French and English)
Education:
- Degree in Information Technology would be an asset
- Active Technical Certifications would be an asset (CompTIA A+, MCITP/MCSE, ITIL, etc)
