Job title: Account Executive
Job description: On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.
Our client is a leading network systems integrator and national IP infrastructure company providing network systems planning, integration, installation, and support services across Canada.
About the role:
- Acquire net new logos – prospect targeted customers through cold calling and referrals
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
- Utilize sales management tools for sales planning and documenting opportunities
- Develop and grow product knowledge through training provided by Activo
- Work on deals under $50K
- Sales cycles – 1 week to 2 months
- Sell to Director / Manager level – IT, Facilities, Infrastructure etc
About you:
- 3+ years of full cycle hunting B2B sales experience
- Technically savvy with experience selling physical security, access control, WIFI, AV, Cabling infrastructure, Microsoft Teams, Managed Services
- Experience speaking to decision makers at the director level
- Growth mindset with the desire to advance in an organization
- Ability to travel to potential clients
What’s in it for you:
- Base salary starting at $75,000 with a range above depending on experience
- Commissions paid monthly, with an OTE expectation of $130,000
- Additional annual bonus structure based on company-wide performance
