Job description: Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Administrative Assistant. To qualify for this job, you must have a high school diploma and strong oral and written communication skills. * Pay rate: TBD

Job responsibilities include: * Answer phones and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
To qualify, you should: * High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Data entry experience and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba an asset
