Responsibilities: * Organize and maintain physical and digital file & storage systems
- Completing clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning etc.
- Provide support to receptionist: answering telephone/switchboard, screen telephone calls and respond to routine requests for information and handling courier deliveries
- Provide reception coverage during vacation and breaks
- Other general office tasks as required.
Qualifications: * Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Personable and professional in both appearance and demeanor
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
