Responsibilities:
- General Administration and project set-up
- Prepare purchase order
- Take meeting minutes
- Compose and edit letters, emails, reports and agendas
- Scan and upload required documentation
- Manage full reception responsibilities
- Assist the office manager with other duties and projects as required
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- You must have 2 plus years experience as an administrative assistant in an office setting
- MUST have experience in the Construction, General Contracting or Trades industry
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft excel and word skills
- Must be a strong communicator
