Job description: Station Creek Golf Club is Hiring! Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and /or locate staff and Members as required Assist with the coordination of special events Control office supply inventory, order for club departments, and track expenditures Responsible for processing invoice, coding and database management Receive incoming mail, faxes, courier packages and deliveries and distribute to appropriate staff Attend weekly club staff meetings, record and distribute minutes of the meeting Maintain administrative petty cash, reconcile and submit requests for replenishment on an as needed basis Deliver daily bank deposits to the bank Process new Member packages, order bag tag plates as required Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous Experience in an administrative role would be an asset Proven ability to produce clear, articulate oral and written communication Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills This is a part-time Position.
