Job description: Here at Randstad we have a great opportunity on the west side of Mississauga, for a Administrative Assistant position – contract to hire!

TITLE : Administrative Assistant

SHIFT: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
PAY RATE: $20/Hr +

LOCATION: (Winston Churchill Blvd and Burnhamthorpe Rd)

Responsibilities
– First contact for telephones
– Customer Service
– Take repeat orders or redirect calls as necessary
– Prepare AutoShip orders and repeat orders, including forms, payment processing and notification of update to AutoShip calendar
– Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
– Record and process telephone orders.
– Answer basic questions from doctors and patients, forwarding regulatory questions to Dir. of Operations or designated alternative
– Orders: Fill repeat and AutoShip orders complete with required forms and payment processing.
– Complaints: Record and/or forward to Director of Operations or designated alternative.
– Other: Provide support to the Managing Director, Director of Operations and office staff as required.

Qualifications
– Secondary School diploma preferred
– Fluent English. French being an asset
– W.H.M.I.S
– French is a significant asset
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and experience in accounting for order taking (QuickBooks preferred but trainable).
