Responsibilities
Email and phone communications with clients and stakeholders
Accurately input data in our database
Put lien on equipment when invoiced
Draft up sales contracts and create work orders
Ordering and invoicing units
Scheduling pick ups
Claim shortages
Prepare & update various reports
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience
1 year Data Entry Experience
Bilingual: English & French
Detail oriented
Proactive, organized, able to multitask.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to communicate and respond in an effective and professional manner
Ability to handle a high volume of work in fast-paced challenging environment
Proficient in MS Office
