Job title: Administrative Assistant
Job description: Dean Group’s Contract Division is now searching for a Part-time Administrative Assistant in Kitchener for our reputable client.
Contract: 1-2 month contract
Wage: $21/hour
Setting: Onsite – vaccine mandate in place
Part-time position working 2 or 3 days a week (between Monday-Friday)
Shift: hours between 830am-430pm
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management – scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Taking minutes
- Processing and entering payments into the system
- File management
- Ensuring office supplies are replenished
- Additional administration duties
Requirements:
- 1+ year in an administration position
- Understanding of DEI is an asset
- Excellent understanding of MS office programs (i.e Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- High-level of communication – both written and verbal
