We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant for an industry leader in the specialty pharmacy space, located in the heart of Mississauga. In this role, you will have the chance to:
-Act as the “face” of the office!

The Administrative Assistant is a key player in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the office. They will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing information about facilities and services, file management, and meeting support. This role is perfect for someone who likes to take ownership of their work and enjoys doing something different every day!
This is a 4-month contract, in-person position. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Mississauga area with availability to start in the beginning of May.

Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as an Administrative Assistant:
– Greeting visitors to the office
– Answering inbound calls and directing calls to the appropriate department
– Monitoring voicemail
– Responding to client inquiries, providing information or redirecting inquiries as required
– Entering and issuing visitor and employee badges
– Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the role of Administrative Assistant:
– 1-2 years of administrative or reception experience
– Proficient in MS Office
– Extremely organized
– Warm, friendly and professional communication style with service orientation
– Detail-oriented
– Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Flexible, easy-going, open to learning
