Job description: Westcor Contracting is a full service, Saskatchewan based, owned, and operated Powerline Construction Company, with its head office located in Weyburn and satellites located in Pilot Butte and Assiniboia.

Westcor Contracting is looking for a dedicated, part-time Administrative Assistant that would assist in Westcor Contractings day-to-day operations.
The successful applicant would be responsible for:
-Receiving and sorting mail
-Scanning and organizing documents onto OneDrive
-Filing month-end reports
-Updating the calendar with tasks, reminders, and appointments
-Recording safety meeting minutes and filing onto OneDrive
-Running compliance reports
-Organizing Safety Compliance Documents
-Compiling safety stats
-Tracking/inventorying safety gear and clothing
-Inputting work orders and filing onto OneDrive
High school education is required, as well as proficiency in OneDrive, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
This is a part-time, permanent position working 10 hrs. per week (Monday – Friday).
