Job description: This posting is for auxiliary on-call positions, working up to 75 hours bi-weekly, at the Old Crow Health Centre

. As an Auxiliary On-Call Administrative Assistant, you will be available to work on-call at short notice, to provide coverage and administrative support. . You are a team player with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. As the first point of contact for members of the community accessing health services, you will rely on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as your ability to maintain confidentiality.

Essential Qualifications:
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Note: selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Experience providing customer service in a high-volume environment, preferably in a health care setting
- Experience providing a broad range of administrative support in an office environment, including answering phones and directing calls, collaborating with other offices, services and supports, collecting and processing financial transactions, e.g. invoicing, arranging and taking payments
- Experience maintaining paper and electronic information/records systems
- Experience working with confidential and sensitive information
Desired Skills, Knowledge and Suitability:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions to workflowThe ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to de-escalate conflict with others
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

Conditions of Employment: TB Screening, RCMP Security Clearance including vulnerale sector, Valid Class 5 Drivers Licene
