Job description: Responsibilities
– Receive and welcome clients/visitors/employees into our office in a friendly and courteous manner
– Answer and direct telephone inquiries
– Maintaining and creating excel spreadsheets for Job tracking
– Administrative tasks sorting, matching, entering and filing documents
– Accounts receivable
– Create and / or update, perform searches, retrieve information and generate reports
– Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventory and databases.
– Ability to learn electrical terms and knowledge to communicate with customers
– Ability to consistently maintain composure, utilize sound judgement and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
– Office Education Course
– Strong computer skills
– Sage 50 accounting software
– General office equipment
– Strong Excel knowledge
– Windows
– Speak and write at an above average level in English
– Maintain confidentiality
– Personable and friendly personality
– Ability to work efficiently and effectively despite numerous interruptions and distractions
– PDF converter
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Demonstrate initiative and proven track record for attendance and reliability
– Previous receptionist experience considered and asset, preferably in a professional office environment
