Our Winnipeg-based client, a leader in professional services has partnered with Tammy Boyko, Director & Carlon Wilbon, Senior Consultant to lead their next search partnered for an Administrative Assistant role, in Winnipeg, MB. This is an immediate temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to senior management in Canada and the USA
• Reception, answering, and transferring calls
• Writing, drafting, and proofreading correspondence
• Organizing meeting arrangements, calendar, and Outlook communication
• Ordering office supplies
• Organizing staff functions and company events
• Various administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with strong calendar management experience
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Completion of a relevant office administration or general business post-secondary education is a strong asset
• Experience in a professional services environment is an asset
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet, and Teams
• Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements
• Confidentiality is a key component of this position
• Salary will range depending on experience from $45 000 – $50 000 per year
