Your tasks as the Administrative Assistant:
- Support and work closing with all managers on-site
- Take all inbound customer calls
- Enter of sales orders and supporting clients with any inquiries
- Respond to all inbound email inquiries
- Accounting support for the branch – process payments, provide POD’s and invoice backup for customers
- Branch Marketing support
- Administrative duties for the branch
- Any duties required by management
The required qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- 3+ year of experience working in an administrative role where you have been customer facing
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Basic bookkeeping experience is a must
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken)
- Must enjoy doing a variety of daily tasks
