We are currently recruiting a full-time Administrative Assistant in Guelph, ON for an exciting contract assignment.
Advantages
– Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (30min unpaid lunch)
– Excellent work/life balance- 37.50 hour work week
– Competitive hourly rate ($20-$23/hr)
– Weekly pay cheques
– 3 month contract to start with strong possibility of extension

Responsibilities
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:
– Supporting the Client Services team with various administrative tasks
– Working closely with the Client Service Manager with various tasks
– Front office Reception, facilities management and data entry
– Update spreadsheets in MS Excel and prepare correspondence and various sales reports
– Email correspondence
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
– 2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
– Excellent MS Office proficiency
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Strong organization and time management
– Self-starter who takes initiative
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
