Job description: If you’re an ambitious Administrative Assistant who’s looking for a new challenge, Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for you to check out! In this Administrative Assistant role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties. This Administrative Assistant role is a short-term contract opportunity and is located in the Burnaby, British Columbia area.

– Handle telephone calls

– Provide support when needed with various projects for other employees

– Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties

– Greet and direct visitors

Requirements

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Property experience

– Knowledge of Clerical Duties

– At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

– Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

– Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
