Job description: The Saskatoon Construction Association (SCA) is committed to the continuity of providing exceptional service to its members. The SCA is searching for a motivated, personable and energetic individual to fill a full-time administration position on our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the small, hardworking team by providing the first point of contact to members and administrative support to the staff team.

Orders, Invoicing & Payment Processing
Basic Accounting Inputs
Office Staff Support
Data Processing & Entry
Meeting Scheduling & Preparation
Communication / Correspondence Design & Writing
Website & Social Media Content & Updates
Construction Projects Information Support
Event Planning Support
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite & Accounting Software
Demonstrated organizational skills
Proven ability to manage information from multiple sources and prioritize competing deadlines
Self-motivation, be hard-working and have the ability to work with initiative
Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively with a in a changing environment with varying duties
A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the company culture
Experience working in an office environment
Experience in the construction industry would be an asset
Understanding of Construction is considered an asset
