Our client is a diversified transporter that provides many services from one ocean to another on a national level. With over 50 years of experience, they are known for finding the best solutions and they are now recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. Administrative tasks:
– Provide support to billing department.
– Investigate and follow up on missing freight.
– Perform data entry into system.
– Redirect phone calls.
– Enter pickup requests.
– Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

Requirements:
– 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
– Good knowledge of MS Office suite applications.
– Strong communication skills in both English with functional French.
– Knowledge of Truckmate software (an asset).
– Access to a vehicle.

– Be able to multitask.
– Perform well in a team.

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
