Job description: A marketing company that represents other companies within the food processing and importing sector is looking for an Administrative Assistant/ Accounting clerk to join their team in Ville Saint Laurent.
The proposed salary is between $45,000 to $50, 000, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, 2 weeks vacation, and benefits after 3 months. …
As an Administrative Assistant/Accounting clerk you will take on:
– Accounts payables
– Bank reconciliation
– Manage provincial and federal tax reports (GST/QST)
– Weekly Deposits
– Iimport tracking and inventory adjustments
– Verify and validate all telecommunications accounts (internet, phone lines, cell phone plans) and re-evaluates plans as needed
– Provide payroll support to employees including the coordination of vacation and absence schedules
– Responds to specific requests on the payment of commissions and expenditure allowances for representatives as well as for management
– Support the sales team by producing sales reports, updating customer contact lists and verifying manufacturing accounts while ensuring their correspondence with the database
– Provide communications with constituents while keeping the business review calendar
-Provide customer service during the absences or holidays of the person responsible

Qualifications:
– Bilingual; French & English (oral and written)
– DEC in administration or accounting
– Experience in accounting and administration
– Strong MS Office skills (excel and word)

– Being able to work under pressure
– Be known for its discretion, speed of execution, autonomy, ability to work as a team and flexibility
