Salary: Up to $29 per hour, depending on experience and education
Job Type: Long-term contract with the possibility of permanency
Benefits: Stable daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team. A person who is proficient in Excel with an ease of learning is sought after!

What you need to get the job:

– Intermediate level proficiency in Excel
– Relevant education in administration or accounting (DEC or Bachelor’s degree)
– Bilingualism (French/English), oral and written
– Knowledge in accounting (accounts receivables/payables)
