We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Vice Presidents in Global Risk Management
What you’ll do in this role?
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Organize the credit agenda for the International Senior Credit Committee.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Record credit requests into the electronic log.
- Write and distribute emails and correspondence.
- Assist department with quarterly monitoring and reporting tasks.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide setup and general support to new hires and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
What we’re looking for?
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience in an administrative environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in business or similar discipline is an asset.
- High level of discretion required in dealing with confidential matters.
- Spanish language proficiency is an asset
