Two financial planners in the West Island would like to welcome an organized and methodic administrative assistant to follow up and maintain files for their clientele.
A member of one of Canada’s largest companies, our client is looking to fill an administrative assistant role in the Pointe-Claire region. Constantly striving for excellence, they are looking for a motivated and rigorous person who in turn wants to excel by assisting a team in the performance of their administrative duties.
The tasks consist of:
– Completing and following up on transactional and administrative operations.
– Overseeing file and digital form preparation.
– Updating the calendar with completed operations (transactions, actions and communications done in customer file management).
– Checking and maintaining structure and compliance of customer file documents and notes.
– Staying up to date with the latest administrative procedures.
– Taking part in any other similar tasks to support your team’s requests.

Requirements:
– 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant (experience in the financial and/or insurance sectors will be considered a solid asset).
– Being bilingual, both spoken and written (French and English).
– Excellent command of all Microsoft Office suite and its tools.
– Easily being able to handle files and digital platforms (Salesforce, an asset).
