Job description: Agilus is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant-Property Management in the property management industry in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A typical day:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls with impeccable etiquette
  • Schedule client appointments and provide excellent customer service
  • General administrative duties (filing, data entry, sorting mail, maintain databases)
  • Coordinate meetings and work schedules using online system
  • Prepare letters, memos and other correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
  • Strong organizational skills are a must
  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative setting
  • High school completion required
  • Must have a valid MB driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
