As an Administrative Associate within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services in New Minas, Nova Scotia.

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day:

  • Greeting/checking in clients in a friendly manner
  • Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees
  • Coordinate mail distribution and orders
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
  • Direct incoming calls received on a multi-line phone system

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a reception or customer service role
  • Post-secondary education in medical office / business administration (an asset)
  • Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
  • Professional customer service attitude
  • Creative approach with a can-do attitude
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
