Position Details:
- Location: Downtown, Toronto, ON, M5G 1V2
- Type: Temporary, with possible extension
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Type: Fully onsite
- Hours: 9 am-5 pm, 2 days/week (16 hours/week)
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, telephone)
- Strong data entry skills
Key Responsibilities:
- File internal documents
- Scan and archive large volumes of documents
- Perform data entry tasks
- Prepare administrative documents
- Handle other requested tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Italian language knowledge is a plus
- Excellent technical skills with Microsoft and Google Suite
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
