Job title: Administrative Coordinator

Job description: Are you detail-oriented? Do you have experience in the nonprofit sector and are interested in further pursuing your career? This might be the opportunity for you!!

We have a 3-month contract position available with the opportunity for extension. This role requires fully onsite training and a hybrid working model post orientation.

Responsibilities
– Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide administrative support
– Triage incoming calls or in-person visits to book appointments
– Prepare documents and conduct scheduler and data entry
– Manage referrals and all general ad-hoc administrative duties

Qualifications
– Strong interest in mental health + addiction-related field
– Positive attitude & receptive to feedback
– Strong communication skills and technical skills
– 1-2 years of administrative experience are required
