In this role, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks generated by the departments within the Mountain Experience Division. You will work daily to assist the departmental managers and assistant manager with administrative tasks associated with Onboarding, Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Payroll and other various administrative duties.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Build staff schedules considering budgetary requirements
  • Review and edit daily time and attendance entries
  • With leadership, develop and update departmental SOP’s; Organizes &manages SOP library
  • Organize training tools, materials, attendance and facilities
  • Coordinate asset management program: completes regular audits and ensure par stock of physical assets and storage
  • Provide administrative support to departmental leaders as required
  • Support product creation and testing process in Point of Sale (POS)

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • 3-5 years of administrative experience required, past administrative experience at Blue Mountain preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary degree/diploma in business or administrative is an asset
  • Knowledge and experience of Kronos Time & Attendance Program an asset
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
