What will your typical day look like?
Your typical day would consist of providing exceptional administrative and program support to the office of the CEO with meeting support, MS Teams management, preparing PowerPoint presentations, research and analysis, and drafting correspondence and emails with a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Additionally, the administrative specialist will assist the communications manager with written and video content, including Yammer posts and emails; assist with preparation for our annual partner meeting, providing event planning, communications, and logistics support; and provide coverage for summer vacations of Office of the CEO team members.

About the team

The role of the Administrative Coordinator is to provide administrative and program support for the office of the CEO. The Office of the CEO is responsible for the management of Deloitte Canada & Chile, with the effective and timely execution of its communications, practices and policies. The Office has expanded to support a higher volume of virtual and marketplace activities and engagements.
The incumbent must be detail oriented, anticipatory, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information. You will have the opportunity to proactively anticipate business and client service needs, demonstrate resourcefulness and critical thinking, provide streamlined and focused client lifecycle support, process invoices and billings, and review client deliverables.

You are someone with:

  • Enrollment in an office administration or related program
  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service and/or administrative experience in a professional, customer-service driven and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information
  • Comfort with multitasking and managing multiple deadlines at once
  • Writing skills is a major plus
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • A team player who is able to display team spirit and a willingness to be flexible to daily demands
  • Bilingualism (English and French), written and spoken, is an asset
