Job description: Your Opportunity:
Under minimal supervision the Administrative Support III is responsible for a wide range of clerical tasks including, but not limited to: month-end reports, payroll, data entry, supply requisitions, RMS/recruitment, filing and maintenance work requisitions. This multi-faceted position supports site linen and environmental services, operations and reports directly to the site manager and/or supervisor(s).

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Knowledge of e-People and RMS a must. Minimum of 2 years clerical experience in healthcare or related environments with demonstrated application using MS Office and Outlook required. Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to those with post-secondary administrative assistant/clerical education. Knowledge of record keeping and basic financial procedures desired. Proficiency and or experience with computer based systems / software as asset.
