Job description: Your Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager of the Centre for Child and Adolescent Mental Health, the Admin IV is required to provide clerical and receptionist services for the ICTS Program or other designated area of care within the Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health. The Admin IV works as a member of the multi-disciplinary team within the Center , and is the first representative of the Program area. The Admin IV maintains confidentiality of patients & family information, and understands and responds to the changing demands within the work-day. This position is responsible for maintaining unit stock supplies, communicating with other units and/or services within the acute care setting, and in maintaining timely and accurate clerical services. Required Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. course(s) in business administration, medical office assistant), or other related fields. Additional Required Qualifications:
2 years of clerical work experience Knowledge of medical and mental health terminology Experience working with a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years expereince working in a mental health setting Experience using Net care and other databases
