About this opportunity
As the Administrative Team Lead, within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services in our Langley, clinic.
You will be responsible for shared administrative support functions in a team environment as well as assigned individual tasks. Dynamic, versatile and energized by a busy schedule, you welcome the opportunity to demonstrate your strong leadership, computer, analytical and organizational skills and your success in meeting timelines.
This is a full time permanent role located at 8880 202 Street, Langley.
Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day:
- Work in collaboration with the Clinic Team Lead to achieve business outcomes; and support team environment
- Create a high performance culture, leading by example; performance managing and mentoring/coaching; supervising and training of support personnel
- Reception/Administration and client services
- Ability to work efficiently with the BC CBO regarding payroll and disbursements process
- Reception and client services
- Billing and schedule management
- Overseeing and providing administrative support to clinical staff/Manager Operations Customer Support
- Preparation of required financial reports
- Accounts receivables and coordination of accounts payable
- Supervising and training
- Supply ordering
- Inventory control of Clinic/Office supplies
What you need to be successful
- Business degree or training at the post-secondary level an asset
- 1-2 years in an office leadership/management role required
- All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
- Knowledge of the health care sector an asset.
- Exceptional in customer service
- A relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills, professional and outgoing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Consistently maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Proven ability to meet established deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is required
- Experience with scheduling
