Our client, an institution known and recognized for its expertise in teaching and research, is looking for an Administrative Technician for its Montreal office!

Your tasks will consist of:
– Assist and support the CEO on a daily basis in his various tasks and mandates.
– Produce reports and graphs for statistical analysis using the collected data.
– Develop dashboards for analysis purposes and transmit to the appropriate department.
– Provide technical support for the various software and computer systems.
– Assist in planning and time management.
– Be the first point of contact for administrative support (organization and follow-up of activities, scheduling, planning of meetings and travel).
– Manage the classification and archiving system.
– Participate in the development of administrative documents (forms, presentations).
– Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:
– DEC as an administrative or office automation technician.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
– Mastery of computer tools (Office, Zoom, Teams, creating graphs, data entry systems).
– Functional English – an asset.

Salary: $50,000 to $77,000 per year
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
Status: Temporary with possibility of permanence
