JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Agricultural Supply Chain Administrative Services Senior Supervisor (REMOTE) will oversee an operations team of administrative professionals delivering support to plant leaders in locations in the US and Canada. In this role, you will provide guidance and direction to coordinate multiple administrative operational processes including but not limited to Environmental, Health & Safety, inventory management, Human Resources and general administrative tasks.
This role will provide the opportunity to partner with others to stand up this new administrative function.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Oversee a wide range of services to ensure efficient operation of the administrative services.
- Collaborate with the relevant site operations team to define and provide the metrics required for measuring performance in the operations administrative services area.
- Responsible for assigning and monitoring related administrative tasks.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of work schedules for administrative employees to cover critical needs of the customer.
- Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, and performance.
- Recognize, suggest, and drive process efficiencies by standardizing processes across all locations and focusing on continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience supervising workforce
- Effective management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
- Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams & projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate ambiguous situations
- Prior experience leading through organizational change
- Prior experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
