Work Experience: Amazon connect, Azure platform, APIs, Endpoints, REST, SOAP, JSON, Java, C#, C++ , SVN, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, AWS, Connect, Pinpoint, end-to-end Testing

Industry – Insurance

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience on developing and deliver Amazon connect application
• Experience in working on Azure platform
• Experience in working with APIs, create and design endpoints, REST and SOAP callouts
• Hands-on experience in working with JSON
• Experience in Java/C#/C++
• Knowledge of Sub versioning tools (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to define, architect and delivery business solution using AWS services
• Proven record of using customer experience and engagement tools, preferably within the AWS and Amazon ecosystem – Connect, Pinpoint
• Team player and working with dev, business, release management and operations team to development and implement AWS solution
• Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirement
• Integration of Amazon connect with Salesforce, MuleSoft, Verint
• Defining and tracking SLA/ project’s progress, lead technical team and provide technical help
• Create design documents, development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing
