Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coach, lead and influence a team of Customer Experience Managers
- Ability to make decisions autonomously, as well as in collaboration with the General Manager
- Execute the store’s annual business plan and supporting the General Manager to ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
- Lead a team of Customer Experience Representatives in the delivery of world-class customer service, effective sales techniques, merchandising standards, and store policies and procedures
- Take ownership for the performance management of the team of CERs (including training, coaching, motivating and developing the team)
- Provide support for team members and customers alike, and contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store
- Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
- Make meaningful connections
- Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
- Leverage our product to tell stories
- Add joy to our customers’ lives
- Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in retail or the services sector
- Ability to develop direct reports to continually grow their skills as a leader and assist them in achieving their goals
- Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
