What you will do:

This position is responsible for the planning & logistics of Medical Education programs in partnership with the Marketing & Sales teams. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Marketing team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
  • Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
  • Provide all planning and logistics support to the Marketing team including budget creation, developing publications, registration, agenda, managing onsite product and personnel requirements and logistics
  • Provide oversight of the planning and logistics process executed by the relevant Sales or Marketing Administrative Assistant, including receipt of the request form, connecting with the Admin to create the budget, review all travel, lodging, and agenda to ensure all plans follow Compliance guidelines and meeting costs are coded correctly
  • Available to address issues after hours as required
  • Travel to support programs as required

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities: Must be able to handle a large amount of diverse duties and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills: Ability to prioritize work and keep accurate, detailed and confidential records.
  • Excellent technological comprehension: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and our Registration Systems
  • Experience in planning and co-coordinating meetings and education events.
