One of our major telecommunication clients is looking for a Bilingual Business Analyst – (IT / French)

Length: 12 months contract with possibility high possibility of extension up to 3 Years.

Location: WFH – Open to Quebec and Toronto

PROJECT DETAILS:

The projects will be vary new product introduction (Smart Home, internet, Health, TV, etc…), digitalization projects, New operational systems (billing, CRM, technician, scheduling, etc…). we look for a versatile resource

This job is in the midst of a major operational transformation, National expansion. The teamwork is central, our culture is combining transformation with teamwork, and as such we are known for collaborative culture and a strong team spirit.

EVP of this role:

WE are undergoing a major transformation, integrating all the ordering, sales, technicians, billing, etc. systems with the national systems. While we are managing this transformation, we are also working on major new product and new systems introduction projects. The Migration will occur over 2022 and 2023 (340000 customers). As such the contract is for a minimum of 1 year with possibility of extension up to 3 years.

DESCRIPTION:

· Analyze, document and validate business requirements from business users and function specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, task and workflow analysis.

· Refines requirements using critical evaluation techniques.

· Document process flows for current / proposed processed, workflows, and data flows.

· Prepare use cases, create and define test plans and test cases.

· Interface between business and technical teams and translate technical and business requirements.

· Communicates with project managers, subject matter experts, end users and Senior Executive.

· Performs analysis for projects with some impact on and risk to customer service or revenue generation.

· Typically works on multiple, unrelated projects simultaneously.

· Suggests work packages to fulfill a solution within scope of others.

· Represents clients to identify solutions and help prioritize and select among different options proposed.

· Acts as liaison between business and system areas.

· Ensures projects align with the business and technical requirements at the strategic level.

· Understands industry trends and best practices.

· Determines staffing requirements and selects team members.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

· Totally fluent in French

· Adaptability and important experience in IT system development (gap analysis, IT Functional requirements for major ops tool development, Leading workshops, and operationalisation/migrations)

· Leadership and solid experience in stakeholder management

· Bridging between ops and IT teams, to reflect Qc ops, Marketing, and product needs in national project development

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

· Project management

· Safe Agile or dev ops experience

· Digital transformation

· Change management
