Eden Health Care Services (Eden) is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide long-term leadership in a time of expansion and change. Eden is a thriving and expanding mental health organization, with its corporate head office in Winkler, and operations in multiple communities including Winkler, Steinbach, and Winnipeg. Key services include a psychiatric hospital, community mental health, professional counselling, housing, and employment.

The successful candidate will have strategic leadership and management skills and experience, with advanced education in a mental health discipline. They will fully embrace the vision, mission, and values of Eden. They will understand government ministries, including policy, procedures, standards, accreditation and evaluation, with a demonstrated ability at consensus building in stakeholder and constituency relationships and partnerships.
