Job description: Peerless Search Partners is conducting a search for a Chief Operating Officer for a historic resort near Cleveland, OH.

This unique position will help build upon a family resort that’s been around for close to 150 years! The COO will be responsible for everything from Grounds, Maintenance, Security, Gate, Facilities and IT.

Our client is looking for a Smart, Humble and Hungry leader who is a “Feet-on-the-Streets” kind of executive.

Qualifications:

-10+ Years of demonstrated leadership within the hospitality industry

– A blend of experience between Food & Beverage, Hotel Management and Guest Experience

– Bachelors degree or higher
