Job description: We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Cleaning Team as a Supervisor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning. The Supervisor will work their own cleaning assignments and will direct /assist cleaning technicians to perform cleaning tasks at their assigned accounts. The Supervisor is responsible for assuring the quality of the cleaning services at the client locations according to the cleaning specifications for each residence. Performing cleaning tasks include but are not limited to cleaning tasks including but not limited to; trash removal, dusting, cleaning and restocking supplies in restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, other project work/special services duties assigned.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible for specified locations and employees working in those locations

Responsible for completing the assigned work in due time and per Fairman Cleaning quality standards

Assist the employees to complete the work and fill in for absent employees

Perform walk-throughs and quality control inspections

Train employees, assist management with organizing work schedule and assigning tasks

· Standard is that every unit is clean, on time, with no guest complaints

Qualifications

Applicants should be experienced in all aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence

Personal smartphone and Internet access

Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and car insurance

Ability to work effectively with staff, managers and clients

Ability to use independent judgment to make decisions and to recommend and/or implement solutions

Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and accurately follow through on work activities

Work independently with a minimum amount of direction

Maintain positive interpersonal and cooperative relationships with co-workers, clients and management

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

Must be willing to train new cleaners

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs as necessary

Moderate physical activities, which may include pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, bending and repetitive movements

Demonstrated skill and proficiency with cleaning equipment

Use of cleaning products, which require the use of protective gloves and eyewear

Safety is of the utmost importance. Cleaning Technicians are required to comply with all safety regulations
