Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, IT, Potash, this is a 4-month term beginning in May 2024.

What you will do:

• Provide helpdesk support to our users and conduct hardware/software deployment, management, and maintenance
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 desktops & laptops
• Technical support for end user mobile devices (iOS, Android)
• Order, track, configure, and deploy new desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VOIP phones

What you will bring:

• Currently enrolled and in a Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent degree program with a graduation date of August 2024 or later.
