We are on the lookout for a Compliance Manager – IT Health Standards Program to join our client’s team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design a Conformance Assessment strategy to gauge and confirm industry adherence to Canadian interoperability norms, under senior leadership’s direction
– Based on previous connectivity event insights, pinpoint a Canadian technical delivery ally for the Gazelle testing platform
– Initiate the primary technical testing foundation to back the PS-CA standard
– Formulate vendor onboarding protocols and inaugurate an autonomous testing solution
– Lead a pilot evaluation for the Patient Summary standard
– Broaden the conformance program’s application to additional elements of the pan-Canadian Interoperability Blueprint
Prerequisites:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering or analogous discipline
– Profound knowledge of pertinent Health IT standards
– Solid technical or solution architecture foundation
– Advanced software development, design, and product crafting abilities, especially in the realm of Health IT Standards (like HL7, IHE, etc.)
– Familiarity with IHE profile concepts, IHE Connectathon, and technical testing activities
– Hands-on experience with system integrations (APIs, for instance), documentation, sandbox setups, and implementation blueprints
– At least 5 years in senior roles like Software Engineer or Architect
– At least 5 years crafting Health IT Standards-focused software tools
