Job description: Seeking a Lawyer with 5+ years’ of experience in Construction Litigation. This firm has a close-knit, team oriented, collegial culture. Candidates for this role will have:
- Experience preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
- Experience drafting affidavits and discovery preparation
- Experience attending all levels of court
- Stong work ethic and communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years Construction Litigation experience (preferred)
- JD from UBC or UVIC or another Canadian Law School
